From December 2014 Vodafone Italia S.P.A. Innovation Product Factory Specialist Technical PM for all the initiatives related to the functions and Digital projects, working directly with our partners and external agencies, and interfacing with our internal customers and in particular with Human Resources and Business Unit, doing this by promoting internal and external innovative ideas in particular by selecting Startup of the digital world (also in collaboration with University, in particular with the Osservatorio of Politecnico di Milano), proposing them internally and after a selection, helping integration with our complex systems and ensuring that safety Vodafone standards are respected. Major project BetaSurvey: In the last year I specialized in the open source product Limesurvey creating a version ad hoc for Vodafone, named Vodafone Betasurvey. (http://voda.it/betasurvey ) VOCEVIASMS Customer receives voice messages from other Vodafone customer via SMS (voice to text transcription is applied).This will happen when customer (optout provisioned) does not reply,busy or is unavailable. Boccioni IoT project: Implementation of a system to track the supply of water bottles. Management of the control of the replacement of the single bottle. I attended in the design of the piece 0 and then evaluation with the client the costs and possible future developments of the solution. Augmented reality- remote support assistant After a scounting to understand which was the best wearable available on the market in 2017, I realized a project to support our non-professional technicians to be guided remotely by experts in network scope using Microsoft HoloLens. ADE – Addetti alle emergenze (emergency workers) I realized an app that give to our security office the position of our emergency workers, using beecon technology. I supported the vendor in the realization of the concept, the front end and the backend. Floome I integrated the application of this product, an instantly measure of your blood alcohol concentration level and estimating the time required to return below the legal limit, in our infrastructure for a dedicated commercial launch. Vodafone Wallet I led the transition of the VF Wallet application from global to local market, through a beta made on a few customers. During this project I monitored, the highlighted bugs and the improvement requests via Beta survey till the production. Access Management I digitalized the registration process for guests at Vodafone Village building. Guest can request the badge for entry using a tablet and receptionist using a dedicated backend can accept the request. 

From September 2007 Vodafone Onmitel B.V. IT Application Operations Specialist Management team of Vip Support (Hardware/Software) for Vodafone Italy.
