Senior Project Manager


I am writing you with reference to the job posting “Senior Project Manager”, position for which I am sure to be the right candidate. In the past seven years, I worked as Project Manager for complex initiatives in the Monetica, Acquiring and Issuing, and Payments area.

Currently, I am working in Lugano (CH) in Corner Banca as Project Manager, external consultant from Fincons Group. I was/ am in charge of important Group projects such as the Migration of the payments traffic to ISO 200 22 standard, VISA and MasterCard initiatives, and the design and build of the new Card Management system.

Just before my current Swiss experience, I followed in 2015-16 a strategic international project for Unicredit Group: I was the Project Manager of the migration of the ATM platform for Bank Austria towards the Group-standard based on a multi-vendor solution. I was responsible for the whole project life-cycle, from business requirements collection and analysis to Technical and Commercial Proposal, solution development, testing, implementation, Pilot and roll-out on all the >500 devices in Austria. 

I managed an International team based in Italy, Austria, United Kingdom and Romania towards the successful completion of the project in the due time (2 years), quality and budget (3 Mln €).
