Role        Responsible for the software factory in charge of the evolution and the maintenance of the mobile banking service for 6 CEE Countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia) both for the Private Individual and the SME retail customer targets. The app is currently used by +500k customers and is rated on average 4 stars in both the Google Play and Apple Stores. In 2017 the app won the Master Card prize as best mobile banking application in Romania. The role involves managing approx. 70 professionals including Project Managers, Agile Coaches and SCRUM Masters, Business and Technical Analysts, Developers, Testers both internal and from +5 external parties located in Romania, Croatia, Italy and Austria and adopting the Agile methodology. Yearly managed budget of approx 5 M€. Main projects: PSD2, GDPR, Instant Payments, mCash, Meniga PFM (Personal Financial Management using AI and Big Data for payments categorization), redesign adopting the innovative Adaptive Element technology.
