The role involves managing approx. 70 professionals including Project Managers, Agile Coaches and SCRUM Masters, Business and Technical Analysts, Developers, Testers both internal and from +5 external parties located in Romania, Croatia, Italy and Austria and adopting the Agile methodology. Yearly managed budget of approx 5 M€. Main projects: PSD2, GDPR, Instant Payments, mCash, Meniga PFM (Personal Financial Management using AI and Big Data for payments categorization), redesign adopting the innovative Adaptive Element technology.
